Clients coming over to view properties will usually book their own flights and accommodation. We recommend hiring a car so you can explore the beautiful region after you’ve finished viewings. Ideally come over for 2-3 nights, including a weekday so that we can introduce you to local lawyers and take you to open a bank account. Please check that it isn’t a holiday in Spain before booking. If you have been out before and know exactly what you are looking for a shorter visit will be ok, or even a virtual viewing for those that know exactly what they want.

During your visit we will show you the best offers to suit your needs and budget, including resales, bank repossessions and developer special offers. Many of these properties and offers are exclusive to MGP and cannot be found with other agents.
We can take you to meet independent reputable lawyers to discuss your purchase. We can assist with opening a bank account and can put you in touch with local banks or brokers to discuss mortgages if required. During the evenings you will be left to enjoy the wonderful Murcian climate and have time to discuss your thoughts.
If you require a mortgage it is a good idea to get pre-approval before you visit. Contact us and we can put you in touch with a specialist broker or one of the local banks so you can discuss the options. Having pre-approval gives you confidence to reserve your ideal property during your visit knowing that the bank have provisionally approved the mortgage.

You will have your passports with you already. If you decide to reserve a resale property you can pay the deposit by credit/debit card or bank transfer. You don’t need to bring anything else.
Maybe you want to combine a viewing trip with a holiday and spend a few days enjoying the area – who can blame you! We can arrange you to meet early in your visit so you have plenty of time to re-visit if required.
