We are pleased to offer 14 apartments in town of Pilar de la Horadada which is a lovely Spanish town with all the essential amenities and plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a 5 minute drive to the beaches of Higuericas or Torre de la Horadada on the Med. Alicante airport is an hours drive and Torrevieja 30 minutes.
We think these three bedroom two bathroom ground floors are great value for money as they come with their own private pools. On entering the property there is a 32m2 lounge with an open plan kitchen and there is also useful laundry room. The three double bedroom are around an interior courtyard of which they all have access through patio doors. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom and an understairs cupboard outside which houses the boiler.
All properties have preinstallation for aircon, and come with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, built in dishwasher and fridge. TV points in living, kitchen and bedrooms, an aerothermic 110 boiler and there is a communal bike storage area. The location of these are superb walking distance to the town and close to the beautiful Orihuela coast line.
